偏差行为青少年犯罪预防的社会工作介入研究——以黄冈市某中学为例 摘要 青少年占中国人口的比例是最大的，同时，这个群体因为年纪阅历等诸多因素，他们也 是最活跃。同样，由于现在网络技术的发达，使得青少年的成长环境越来越复杂，这其中各 种各样的价值观又互.相冲击，在不同程度上影响了年轻人的健康成长。此外，一些家庭缺乏 积极的家庭养育，青少年的道德，自身道德上还不够完善，尤其是现在社会上法律的对于未 成年人的保护有些过度以及惩罚上存在无效性，这些都或多或少的影响了青少年的心理，这 种影响通常是负面的，甚至可能会使得青少年的心理扭曲，从而产生行为与心理上的差异， 还有一些缺乏家庭照料和教育的青少年甚至开始犯下非法罪行。近年来，我国青少年犯罪率 迅速上升，这迫使我们考虑对越轨少年的教育，矫正，心理咨询和法律约束。 现今，在国家层面，相关职能部门在这方面所起的作用，能够使得年轻人的行为回归正 轨的方法主要是两个：最常见的就是改变环境，让青少年能够回到正常的校园中去生活学习， 当然必备的心理辅导和咨询也不可少，其次就是非专业的行政思想训练的联合干预和司法转 向。特别是，在湖北省劳动学校中，关于引入社会工作实例的研究很少，而关于社会工作本 地化的研究也很缺乏。本文以黄冈市XX中学青少年的越轨行为为研究对象，进行社会工作的 相关干预研究，从而进行对干预对象的研究，主要是一般性问题和显著的特征，接着在从个 体到整体，分析全部的干预过程，最后总结及和阐释效果。根据研究结果，将确定社会工作 中对行为异常的干预措施的不足之处，并针对干预方法，干预过程和干预评估提出改进策略 和建议，以改善干预措施对社会工作的影响。从劳动力学校的发展中为越轨的年轻人促进更 好的社会工作。 关键词：偏差行为青少年犯罪预防社会工作介入 Abstract Teenagers make up the largest proportion of Chinas population .At the same time, this group is also the most active because of many factors such as age and experience.With the development of Internet technology, the growing environment of teenagers is becoming more and more complex, in which various values impact each other,,ensure the healthy growth of teenagers by the influence of different level, coupled with the lack of positive education part of the family and the youth moral, ethical, legal system of education from the aspects such as failure, makes part of the psychological development of adolescents distorted, These have more or less affected the psychology of teenagers, which is usually negative, and may even distort the psychology of teenagers, resulting in behavioral and psychological differences.
