Model of MI was made by anterior descending branch band. The modelbased rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups (control group; 4×104 low dosage group; 4×105 moderate dosage group; 4×106 high dosage group, n=5). The 200 μl cells after the mark were drawn and injected in multiple positio of myocardium in 1 d after MI with 2×105, 2×106, 2×107 ml-1 separately. The control group was injected with saline of equal quantity. The cardiac functional paramete; blood flow rate of atrioventricular valve and hemodynamics at eighthweek in different groups were measued. Results Compared with the control group, there were no significant difference (P＞) between 4×104 group and control group.
