PAGE PAGE 27 浙江省生产性服务业对经济发展的影响研究 摘要：生产性服务业是具有提高国民经济效率、优化产业结构等重要作用的服务业，而浙江省作为我国东部经济大省必须充分认识其重要性从而推进生产性服务业的发展。本文对国内外生产性服务业的相关理论进行了梳理并总结了浙江省生产性服务业的发展现状，利用描述统计方法分析了生产性服务业对经济增长贡献度、对就业吸纳程度的变化趋势。在之后的实证部分中，本文利用回归模型定量分析了各细分行业对经济的影响作用，协整分析及格兰杰因果检验的结果显示模型具有实际经济意义。本文分析结果表明浙江省生产性服务业能有效帮助吸纳社会就业并且拉动经济发展。文章最后提出了关于加快浙江省生产性服务业发展的政策建议。 关键词：生产性服务业浙江省实证分析统计检验 The influence of producer services on economic development in zhejiang province Abstract: Producer services play an important role in improving the economic efficiency, optimizing the industrial structure of the service industry, as a big province in the east of China, Zhejiang must fully recognize its importance, and accelerate the development of producer services. On the basis of domestic and foreign literatures on producer services, this paper summarized the current development of the productive service industry in Zhejiang province, analyzed the contribution of producer services on economic growth, the employment absorption with descriptive statistics methods. In the empirical part, this paper analyzed the segmentation of producer services industrys role of the economy with regression model. The unit root test, cointegration analysis, granger causality test said the model has practical economic significance. The results showed that producer service of Zhejiang province has high employment absorption capacity and promote the development of the economy. Finally, on how to improve the level of producer services of Zhejiang province,this paper proposes policy recommendations. Keywords: Producer service Zhejiang province empirical analysis 一、引言 在全球经济高速发展的当下，受经济全球化和创新因素驱动等多重因素的影响，各国的经济发展方向和结构都发生了深刻的转变，由“工业型经济”向“服务业经济”转向的进程日益深化，服务业发展水平已成为评判一国经济现代化程度的重要指标。而作为服务业重要组成部分的生产性服务业，其对经济的发展的影响也受到各国学者的广泛关注。早在上世纪60年代，美国经济学家Machlup首次提出了生产性服务业的概念，并在此之后掀起了一场发达地区学者对生产性服务业的研究学潮。研究内容不仅包含生产性服务业的区域聚集模式、与制造业的互动关联、对就业的吸纳能力，也涉及了对区域经济影响的实证分析。研究结果表明生产性服务业是服务业中与制造业紧密联系、对提高国家和区域经济效率和优化产业结构都有重要作用的多个门类的集合。 相对于国外生产性服务业研究的深厚积淀，我国的相关研究较为落后，自世纪之交伊始国内学者才逐步引入国外的先进
