PAGE PAGE 24 浙江省生态环境质量变化态势及其空间分异研究 摘要：城市生态环境质量评价对于协调城市社会经济发展与生态环境保护两者间的关系尤为重要。因此基于城市生态环境质量评价的重要性，本文在统计整理1990年、1995年、2000年、2005年、2010年和2014年6个时间节点的相关数据的基础上，利用层次分析法和“压力-状态-响应”模型，借助Excel、SPSS、ArcGIS软件，以市一级中等尺度区域为研究对象，对浙江省生态环境质量进行综合评价，分析浙江省生态环境质量变化态势和空间分布格局。研究结果表明：①1990年-2014年近25年间浙江省生态环境质量恶化态势得以控制，生态环境质量总体有所改善。②浙江省生态环境质量呈现较强的的区域特征，浙江省北部区域生态环境质量比南部区域生态环境质量相对更好；从产业带划分角度来看，环杭州湾产业带生态环境质量最好，温台沿海产业带次之，金衢丽高速公路沿线产业带生态环境质量最差。③总的来看，自1990年至今，浙江省生态环境状况整体均得以改善，但环境指数变化态势存在区域差异，改善速度参差不齐，且大部分城市仍需加强生态环境改善力度。 关键词：浙江省；生态环境质量；层次分析法；变化态势；空间分异 An Assessment of Ecological Environment Quality Change and its Spatial Variation in Zhejiang Province Abstract:The evaluation of urban ecological environmental quality is very important to coordinate the relationship between urban social economic development and ecological environmental protection. Considering the importance of urban ecological environmental quality, based on related date of 6 time nodes : 1990、1995、2000、2005、2010、2014， using the analytic hierarchy process and the pressure- state- response model, with the help of Excel, SPSS, geographic information system technology software, taking the city level medium scale area as the research object, the ecological environmental quality of Zhejiang Province was evaluated comprehensively, and the change trend and spatial distribution pattern of ecological environmental quality in Zhejiang province were analyzed. The results show that: ① During the past 25 years from 1990 to 2014 year , the deterioration of the ecological environmental quality in Zhejiang province has been controlled, and the ecological environment has improved. ②The ecological environment quality in Zhejiang province has strong characteristics of the region. The ecological environmental quality of northern part of Zhejiang Province is better than the Southern Division; from the point of view of the industrial belt, Hangzhou Bay industrial ring with best quality ecological environment, next is Taiwan coastal industrial belt , a
