PAGE PAGE 27 浙江省土地城市化水平的空间分异及驱动力分析 摘要：随着浙江省工业化和城市化的推进，城市建设规模越来越大。城市化是多因素趋向下综合作用的过程，其实现的是人口从农村向城市地区的集中和农村地区转变为城市地区的结果，主要涵盖了人口城市化、土地城市化、经济城市化、社会城市化等。 伴随着社会生产力的发展，人类社会逐渐从农业社会向工业社会或者是服务型社会发展转型，是现代城市型社会的转型发展的必经之路。土地城市化是伴随着城市化而发生的一种后期效应。城市化主要表现为人口城市化和土地城市化。 本文在结合大量数据基础上，利用主成分分析法以及SPSS软件，对土地城市化水平进行测算，以此来评价分析浙江省土地城市化现状以及影响土地城市化的驱动力因子。 本文以经济发展较为快速的浙江省11个地级市作为研究区域。文章主要立足于五个部分，在文献研究基础和前人研究成果之上，选取土地城市化评价指标，收集原始数据，利用主成分分析法从科学合理的角度出发研究区域数据和指标。基于数据结果处理的基础上，利用Arcgis软件，对浙江省的土地城市化空间分异情况进行详细分析，从地理分异的角度分析得出浙南城市的土地城市化水平相对高于浙北区域的土地城市化发展，总结得出影响土地城市化水平的驱动力因素。 关键词：浙江省;土地城市化;时空分异;主成分分析;驱动力分析 Zhejiang province land space differentiation and driving force analysis of urbanization level Abstract：Along with the advancement of industrialization and urbanization of zhejiang province, the urban construction scale is bigger and bigger.
