PAGE PAGE 26 浙江省新型农村合作医疗保险现状及对策 摘要：本文主要探讨的是浙江省现有的新型农村合作医疗保险制度，通过问卷调查，走访等形式对浙江省农村农民进行医疗保险的调查，得到论文所需的数据，再利用SPSS软件对这些数据进行有效地处理，并针对给出的结果进行分析，最后得出现有新农合的现状、存在的问题以及提出改善的建议。本文第一章主要介绍这个课题研究的背景、意义，方法和本文的不足之处。第二章叙述了国内外有关新型农村合作医疗保险的研究成果。第三章归纳了目前新型农村合作医疗保险制度的特点。第四章是本文的重点，利用问卷调查的数据通过图和表的方式来分析现在浙江省新农合的状况以及农民担心的问题和观点。第五章则系统地分析了现有新农合存在的问题，对应的第六章主要是些改善浙江省新农合的对策和建议。 关键词：浙江省农村合作医疗问题对策 The new rural cooperative medical insurance status and countermeasures of Zhejiang province Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the existing about the new rural cooperative medical insurance system in Zhejiang province, through the questionnaire and the form such as visiting survey of Zhejiang province rural farmers health insurance, and get the required data, using SPSS software to effectively deal with these data, and gives the results of the analysis, finally it is concluded that the existing new farming and the present situation, the existing problems and improvement suggestions are put forward. In this paper,?the first chapter mainly introduces the research background,?significance, method and the deficiency of this article. The second chapter describes the domestic and foreign research results about the new rural cooperative medical insurance. The third chapter summarizes the current characteristics of the new rural cooperative medical insurance system. The fourth chapter is the focus of this article, using the questionnaire survey data through the way of figure and table to analyze the condition of the farmers in Zhejiang province now and farmers also worry that the problems and perspectives. Fifth chapter systematically analyzes the existing new farmers and the existing problems and the corresponding chapter six mainly to improve the countermeasure and the suggestion of new farmers in Zhejiang province.
