B: I like singers/ musicians who write their own songs.

B: I like groups that play quiet and slow songs.

Ⅰ.热身
1.Lead-in: Enjoy a nice song named《Yesterday once more》.
2. Everyday English
2.Make students know the objectives of this class.
3.Free talk
Teacher says: We know most people like music, but different people like different kinds of music, so I want to know :“How many kinds of music do you know?”
Answers:Pop, jazz, classical, folk, dance, rock
4. Ask Ss :“What kind of music do you know?”
Answer: I like pop/ jazz…

1.Say:everybody, for me, I like dance music. Because I can dance to it. Explain “dance to”. Enjoy a dance music I like. Then say : I like music that I can dance to. pay attention to “that refers to music”
To teach other sentences in the same way :
T: I like music that I can sing along with.
I like music that isn’t too loud.
I prefer music that has great lyrics. Explain “prefer= like…better” , lyrics 歌词
Ask: What kind of music do you like?(Help the students answer: I like/prefer music that I can dance to/ sing along with/isn’t too loud/has great lyrics)
2.Finish1a and write down your own sentences.
