The brake system on the traditional freight car is connected with the air source and each action unit by the pipeline, and the use of matching connection coumes labor and time, and is not conducive to the identification and treatment of after-sales problems. In this paper, the JZ-7 air brake applied to diesel locomotive is taken as the research object. Based on the integrated board technology, the layout optimization of the parts of JZ-7 brake system is carried out, and the design and development of the parts such as the filter joint of the brake system and the plate type flameless return valve are completed.
