旅游治理学生顶岗实习感知度分析 摘 要 随着经济的快速进展，旅游产业也得到了迅速的进展。而酒店业是旅游产业的支柱产业。因 此酒店业也在快速进展，近年来，我国高星级酒店数量不断增加，所以酒店方面对治理人才有比 较大的需求。因而对于旅游治理专业人才的培养也成为了很重要的一部分。而本科院校旅游治理 专业正是培养这部分人才的重要基地，因此作为旅游实践教学课程中的顶岗实习更是对酒店治理 人才方向的培养意义重大。然而当前我国本科院校对于旅游治理专业学生的顶岗实习却存在众多 问 。从而使顶岗实习的效果不明显，难以达到学校预期的目标。 本文的研究目的在于对本科院校旅游治理专业学生顶岗实习不同阶段的感知度进行文本分 析，采纳文献分析法、文本分析法、内容分析法进行研究。同时对学生顶岗实习感知文本不同阶段 反映出的问题进行研究，从而针对不同的问题进行对策的分析并提出建议，从而期望可以进一步 改善顶岗实习的效果。 关键词 ：顶岗实习；感知度；高频词； Abstract With the rapid economic development, tourism industry has also been rapid development. The hotel industry is the pillar industry of the tourism industry.
