不同生命周期女性理财策略探究 摘要 跟随社会发展的脚步，经济与生活水平均在提高，理财也渗入慢慢融入现代人类的生活，成为一种普遍的生活方式和经济行为。自2015年开始，女性在财富管理市场中得到重视，她们通过理财的方式来追求物资上的安全感，这个目标正在一步一步地实现中。女性因在不同人生阶段往往承担不同的社会角色并面临不同的风险，因此理财需求和理财行为特征也在改变。 本文在阅读大量文献的基础上，对个生命周期理论和个人理财理论进行回顾，并总结女性理财的必要性与优劣势。借鉴于理财生命周期理论将女性生命周期分为单身期、家庭形成期、家庭成长期、退休前期和退休期这五类。再通过问卷调查的方式进行数据收集，通过样本分析和问卷结果交叉分析来了解分处不同生命周期的女性理财策略。结合各节分析结果得出结论并给出符合其生命周期的理财投资策略和金融资产投资比例意见。 关键词：个人理财；生命周期；女性理财 Research on womens financial strategy in different life cycle Abstract With the development of society, people`s living standard is getting improved. Financial management is becoming an indispensable lifestyle and socio-economic activity in human scociety. In the booming wealth management market, women is getting more and more concerns since 2015, their pursuit of materiatistc security is gradually realized through financial management. For women tend to assume different social roles and face different risks in different stages of life, their financial needs and financial management behavioral characteristics are changing. In this paper, personal finance and life-cycle theory are reviewed on the basis of summing up the original theory. The necessity, advantage and disadvantage of women financial management are summed up through amount of literature. According to women life cycle which is divided in five types as single, family formation, family growth, pre-retirement and retirement in life-cycle theory, datas are collected through a related questionnaire. Women financial management purposes, benefits, methods and strategies are inferred through data samples analysis and questionnaires results cross analysis. Conclusion is made combining analysis results of different section in this paper and suggestions of financial management stratagem and ratio of financial asserts investment are given for women in different life cycle.
