成长期中小企业财务周期分析 摘要 宏观经济周期波动影响企业的发展，企业的成长历程是否顺应这个区域的经济周期波动的方向是影响企业生命长度的要素之一。结合企业生命长度的四个阶段进行企业不同财务周期的财务策略研究。在企业成长期阶段，不能解决出现的各种资金周转、人力资源管理等问题，不能及时转变财务策略会导致企业不健康的发展。本文围绕财务问题对众多处于成长期的中小企业的发展情况进行对比分析，并结合其他学者的研究结论对成长期企业的财务周期进行深入研究。针对我国的成长期中小企业财务周期状况进行分析，并给处于成长期的中小企业提出相关建议及财务策略。 关键词：财务周期，财务策略，财务模式 Analysis on the financial cycle of small and medium enterprises in growth period Abstract Macro-economy’s periodic fluctuation affect the development of enterprise, The growth of the enterprise whether conform to the direction of the economic fluctuation of this area or not, is one of the main factors to affect the length of the company’s life. Combined with the four stages of the length of the company’s life to do strategic research of finance for different financial cycle. In the growth stages of the enterprise , if we cant solve the problem such as all kinds of capital turnover, human resource management, timely transformation of financial strategy, it will lead to the unhealthy development of the enterprise. Surrounding the financial problems, this paper do some comparative analysis of the development situation of many enterprises which are In the growth of small and medium-sized. And combined with the other scholars research conclusion, we work on an in-depth study of the financial cycles of the growing businesses. And the paper specific to carry on the analysis of financial cycle of the small and medium-sized enterprises. And also want to make some recommendations and financial strategies. Key Words: Finance cycle,Finance tactics, Finance Mode 一、绪论 （一）选题背景 所有的事物都存在一定的发展周期，无论是生命个体还是发展企业。企业发展周期有四个阶段：初创期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期。初创期的企业活力四射，处于建立规章制度、建立团队建设、探索产品的阶段，其很多的资金投入大多在人力资源管理及产品研究开发处；成长期的企业，企业产品逐渐优化逐步走向成熟，人力资源稳定，而顺应着企业发展需求，成长期企业在需要投入大量资金开拓市场；成熟期企业人力资源管理及产品都走向了规范，企业主要的关注点在于控制成本，关注企业利润率；衰退期，企业的产品渐渐被市场淘汰，企业需要大量资金开发新产品或转变财务策略，使企业达到价值最大化。 我国中小企业近年来数额日益增长，处于成长期中的企业因财务管理不佳而导致企业倒闭的企业占相当大的比例。总结中小成长企业发展规律，有便于深入的了解每个成长时段的变化及发展，了解深层的构成因素分析企业特征而做出各时段有力的决策，使企业能够顺应着企业成长的发展规律健康成长。 财务周期是一个受企业财务多个要素影响而形成的
