Show students the picture on Page 45 of Unit 5, ask them to look at the picture and discuss: 1. What are they doing? 2. How do they feel? II. Introduce the key themes to students. III. Ask the students to listen to the five sentences and match the key words in the sentences with the pictures in Activity = 1 \* GB3 ①, Warming up. Present the key sentences on the slide and explain their meanings. IV. Ask students to look at the four pictures in Activity = 2 \* GB3 ②, and then match the words with the pictures. Listening Speaking practice (1) = 1 \* ROMAN I. Ask students to try reading aloud the words in the word box on Page 47. Then ask students to read them after the tape. Explain the difficult words to them. II. Show students some pictures of different activities. Ask students to talk about/guess the English names for them. Tell students they are going to listen to a short dialogue about free time activities. III. Play the tape twice and ask the students to practice it after the tape. IV. Present the basic sentences on the blackboard: What would you like to do this Saturday? What about going to see that new film? V. Ask the students to listen
