Ask students to read and fill in the table in Activity = 1 \* GB3 ① on page 42. Remind them to apply the reading skills. II. Work in pairs. Ask students to look at the train and bus timetable in Activity = 2 \* GB3 ②, decide which train they will choose if they want to go out and state their reasons. Encourage students to express their own ideas as supplements. Reading presentation = 1 \* ROMAN I. Present three pictures of hotel on Page 87. Ask students to look at them and guess: What kinds of hotel they are? = 2 \* ROMAN II. Tell students they are going to learn more interesting hotels. = 3 \* ROMAN III. Instruct students to read the passages on Page 43. Remind students of the reading skill: scanning for a gist. Answer the questions: Which railway is the world’s highest railway line? When and where was the railway built that goes to the top of a volcano built? Who developed the word’s first super bus? II. Play the tape and ask students to listen. Extension activity = 1 \* ROMAN I. Show the students some pictures you have taken during your travel. Tell them your travel and your feelings or stories about the experience. = 2 \* ROMAN II. Ask the students to form into groups, write down their experience of going to some places. Some students are responsible for looking up new words, s
