As the core link ofenterprise management， the advanced and adaptable mode of financial management is thekey to improve the management level of enterprise. Because the traditional financialmanagement model is not suitable for e-commerce enterprises， it needs an innovativefinancial management model to adapt to the development needs of e-commerce enterprises。 On the basis of systematic introduction of relevant financial management theoriesand 3 typical financial management modes， this paper makes a deep analysis of theproblems existing in the current financial management mode of PPK company by using theliterature research method， comparative analysis method and case analysis method。 At present， the financial management mode of PPK company has a low quality offinancial peonnel and the lack of effective performance evaluation mechanism in themanagement of financial peonnel. In the aspect of financial authority management， thereis an unclear division of management authority. In the financial system， the internal controlsystem and the compreheive budget management system are stored.
