With the holistic view of Heaven and Man as the foundation of accounting philosophy， we should establish an accounting culture based on Chinese tradition， and build an accounting theory system with Chinese characteristics. It is necessary to grasp the essence of accounting， strengthen the establishment and improvement of accounting information and control systems， and improve the role of accounting in economic development. We must cocientiously sum up the innovative theory and methods of Chinas accounting practice. Based on fully undetanding of Chinas accounting thought， studying the actual accounting problems in China， we can create and develop local accounting theories and methods based on Chinas reality。 Keyword：　Accounting theory; Philosophy; Harmony between man and nature; Accounting culture; Increase-Decrease Bookkeeping Method; 现代技术的迅猛发展在为人类带来极大丰富的物质资源的同时， 也对人们的生产活动和生活方式产生了巨大的冲击。尤其是20世纪90年代以来互联网的应用， 最近出现的大数据、云计算、互联网+等， 对当今社会的生产、管理、研究等产生了前所未有的影响。会计作为管理的重要组成部分， 也必然受到波及。在新的形势下， 会计应该如何发展， 目前的会计理论是否能够满足社会发展的需求， 我国会计理论建设存在什么问题， 会计理论应该怎样创新等是每一位会计理论工作者应该思考的问题。基于上述考虑， 本文对目前的几个会计理论问题进行研究， 并对有关会计理论建设与发展提几点看法。 一、会计研究应以哲学做指导 哲学是关于世界的本质和普遍规律的学问， 是社会意识的具体存在和表现形式， 是理论化、系统化的世界观。同时， 哲学产生于人类认识世界的社会实践活动， 是自然知识、社会知识、思维知识的概括和总结， 是世界观和方法论的统一。科学与哲学一样也是关于人类认识世界的社会实践活动的理论， 它是运用范畴、定理、定律等思维形式反映现实世界各种现象的本质的规律的知识体系 (夏征农， 1999) 。但哲学是以世界整体作为研究对象， 研究世界的一般规律， 确立系统化的世界观和方法论;而科学 (包括自然科学、社会科学) 的研究对象不是世界的整
