The cotruction of school buildings determines the conditio for running schools and theteaching the guidance of the strategy of adhering to education priority development， the cotruction of primary and secondary school buildings in xicheng district has achieved remarkable results through the joint efforts of various parties， and the school conditio have made a qualitative analysis shows that the cotruction quality of primary and secondary school buildings in xicheng district is worthy of affirmation， but such undesirable phenomena as violation of cotruction procedures and lax supervision and management have not completely relevant problems cannot be effectively solved， they will not only threaten the lives of teache and students in primary and secondary schools， but also go agait the cotruction of a harmonious society in the view of this， this article will take the project management theory such as the whole life cycle management as the guidance， how to carry on the scientific management to the xicheng district middle and primary school building cotruction process to carry on the thorough discussion and the research。 The problems to be studied in this paper cover five aspects: the fit part is the introduction， which briefly introduces the research content， application method， main purposeand significance， research status and innovation points of th
