China is the largest country of finechemicals production and coumption in the world， which also is the largest exporter. Withthe advantage of lower costs， more and more fine chemical products made in china get intothe international market and participate in competition with other countries. The logistics offine chemicals is special due to the particularity of its physical and chemical properties， andthat makes the vast majority of small and micro trading company should outsourceprofessional fine chemical logistics service from the third party logistics supplier。 T Company is a small trading company engaged in the trade of fine chemicals. With thegradual expaion of business， a series of problems has been exposed in the system ofselecting third party logistics supplie for T Company. The traditional selection system isbased on managers experience judgment， which is short of scientific coideration， and itleads to the frequently changes of logistics provide， the increase of logistics cost， and thereducing of the working efficiency. In order to improve the level of logistics management of TCompany， it is necessary to ameliorate its evaluation and selection system of the third partylogistics supplie. In this study， AHP is used to cotruct the model of third party logisticssupplier evaluation and selection for T Company。 The selection of facto are based on T Companys actual demands for the logisticswhich summed up the general demand for logistics and special demand. Based on theidentification of demands， this study select 3 facto as the senior level indexes
