EPC模式下工程项目总承包模式研究 摘　　要 由于我国经济不绝前进，愈来愈多的建筑企业开始走出国门与国际企业接轨，为迎接国外先进管理模式的挑战，我国建筑企业逐渐形成了工程项目总承包模式，避免了业主单位由于缺乏相应的专业知识和经验不足造成的实施困难。但我国的工程总承包模式还存在如法律体系不够完善、缺少高素质的项目管理人才、组织管理结构不够健全等问题。 通过关于EPC情势下工程总承包模式的研讨，总结我国实行工程总承包项目筹划所取得的经验及不足，结合工程总承包在建筑行业中的应用，进行对比分析研究。经由对建筑施工推广工程总承包状况效果的阐发，结合总承包形式发展的背景，以管理现下及未来我国建筑施工企业在发展工程总承包中所面临困扰。剖析限制我国工程项目总承包模式推行的要素，提出解决战略。增快和完善我国总承包模式建设，增进工程行业的进步。 关键词：工程总承包；施工方案；总承包模式；工程项目管理 Research on Project General Contracting Model under EPC Mode ABSTRACT As Chinas economy keeps advancing, more and more construction enterprises begin to go abroad and integrate with international enterprises. In order to meet the challenge of foreign advanced management mode, the general contracting mode of engineering projects has gradually been formed in Chinas construction enterprises. It avoids the implementation difficulties caused by the lack of relevant professional knowledge and experience in the owners unit. However, there are still some problems in Chinas general contracting mode, such as imperfect legal system, lack of high-quality project management personnel, and imperfect organization and management structure. Through the discussion on the general contracting mode under the EPC situation, this paper summarizes the experience and shortcomings of the general contracting project planning in China, and carries out comparative analysis and Research on the application of general contracting in the construction industry. By explaining the effect of general contracting of construction promotion project and combining with the background of the development of general contracting form, this paper manages the problems faced by current and future construction enterprises in developing general contracting of construction projects. This paper analyses the factors that restrict the implementation of the general contracting mode of engineering projects in China, and puts forward the solving strategies.
