河北经贸大学经济管理学院毕业论文 BIM在工程项目全过程管理中的应用研究 专业名称： 工程管理 班 级： C工程15-1 学生姓名： 孙艳霞 学生学号： 201592240016 指导教师： 宋晓刚 完成时间： 2019年5月 河北经贸大学经济管理学院毕业论文 PAGE 1 PAGE 1 河北经贸大学经济管理学院毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 2 摘要 随着全球经济的快速发展和信息化水平的不断提高，各行各业都面临着巨大的变革，互联网和智慧城市的兴起，推动着数字化城市建设的步伐，为了进一步了解建筑行业智能化建设和智能化管理，本研究通过查阅文献，并调研实践项目，对工程管理全过程中BIM的应用进行了详细分析。通过研究得出，在项目前期，项目管理者可以运用 BIM技术对建设用地周边的旧城风貌进行电脑模拟仿真，以逼真的美术视效建立建设用地周边的虚拟城市场景，将建设区域空出，用来进行多项目比选，选择最符合规划要求，同时适应用地周边城市环境和风貌的规划设计；在设计阶段，基于BIM技术下建立的虚拟模型，通过三维可视化性能可以使各专业设计师更全面、更直观地了解建筑物的结构和管线分布，碰撞检测功能可以自动检测出模型中的碰撞问题，这样就可以在施工前发现问题，及时修改方案，从而减少了后续施工期间的洽商和返工，保障施工周期，节约项目资金；在施工阶段，基于BIM技术下的虚拟施工，其施工本身不消耗资源，只是通过三维虚拟可视化技术能够看到施工进度和施工成果，提早发现施工中存在的问题，降低施工成本。 关键词：BIM技术；全过程；智能管理 BIM在工程项目全过程管理中的应用研究 BIM在工程项目全过程管理中的应用研究 Abstract With the rapid development of the global economy and the continuous improvement of the level of information technology,all walks of life are facing great changes,the rise of the internet and the smart cities,promote the pace of digital city construction,in order to further understand the building industry intelligent construction and intelligent management,in this study,the application of BIM in the whole process of project management was analyzed in detail by consulting literature and investigating practical projects.through research that in the early stage of the project,project managers can use BIM technology to carry out computer simulation of the old city style around the construction land,the virtual city scene around the construction land is established with realistic art visual effect,the construction area will be vacated for comparison and selection of multiple projects to choose the planning and design that best conform to the planning requirements and at the same time adapts to the surrounding urban environment and style of the land;in the design phase,the virtual model is set up ,based on BIM technology through 3D visualization performance can make the professional designers mor
