教育为本，合理引导——大班幼儿攻击性行为成因分析及指导策略 PAGE 2 PAGE 1 摘 要 众所周知，幼儿期是个体身心发展最为快速的关键期，攻击性行为在大班幼儿身上时有表现，如果大班幼儿出现过多的攻击性行为，会对其终身发展形成不利的影响。研究表明，70%的少儿暴力犯罪行为可溯源至幼儿期的攻击性行为。如果教师、家长不及时干预、纠正幼儿期幼儿的攻击性行为，使这些行为延续到孩子的青年或成年后，会导致他们出现人际交往紧张、性格暴躁等一系列问题。换言之，从小就有攻击性行为的孩子，如果没有得到应有的矫治，长大后很容易走上犯罪道路。由此可见，幼儿教师与家长要时刻关注幼儿的行为，对其攻击性行为进行及时纠正。本文采用文献法、观察法和访谈法进行研究，发现部分大班幼儿存在取乐性攻击、手段性攻击、模仿性攻击和习惯性攻击等攻击性行为，并对此类行为进行分析。为了促进大班幼儿的健康成长，幼儿园需要采取适当措施纠正大班幼儿的攻击性行为，包括树立正确的教育观、满足幼儿合理需求、培养幼儿交往技能、帮助幼儿加强自控。 关键词：大班幼儿；攻击性行为；成因；指导策略 ABSTRACT It is well known that early childhood is the most rapid individual body and mind development stage, and aggressive behavior in army of young childrens body is very frequent, if taipans children appear too much aggression, unfavorable influence on the formation and lifelong development. If teachers and parents dont timely intervention, correct taipans children aggressive behavior, make the behavior to the childs youth or adult, can lead to their interpersonal tensions, irritable and a series of problems. At the same time, also found that aggressive behavior and crime psychology have inseparable relationship, 70% of the childrens violent crime can be traced back to early childhood aggressive behavior. In other words, aggressive at an early age children, if you dont get proper treatments, after be brought up easily on a path to a crime. Therefore, preschool teachers and parents should focus on childrens behavior, to rectify its aggressive behavior. In this paper, using literature method, observation method and interview method, found some taipans children exist for fun means sexual assault, sexual assault, copycat attacks and recurrent attacks, such as aggression, they appear such behavior, mainly by physiology, family, media, the influence of such factors as teachers.
