内容提要 一个设计良好的流程,是成功实施流程管理的前提和关键。而流程的知识复杂性特征决定了流程设计和优化过程,必须有系统的知识管理方法加以支持,而不能简单地依靠经验性方法来进行。本课题是一项关于流程设计和流程优化方法、规则、体系的相关研究。当前流程设计和优化的研究,主要集中在程序和支持工具的研究上,而连接这两个领域的部分的设计方法部分则有所欠缺。而设计方法应该借助知识管理和知识工程的各种相关方法来解决。因此,以此为切入点,,本文分析责任型企业对企业成长绩效有积极影响,其中诚信道德、开放沟通和积极公民行为对企业成长绩效有显著积极影响，研究进一步发展了责任型领导这一概念,为今后责任型企业的相关实证研究打下了良好的理论基础,且在企业领导人才的选拔、考核与培训方面都具有重要的指导意义,对领导者进行企业战略规划和经营管理决策也有着重要的借鉴作用。? 关键词：责任型企业 管理流程 管理决策 Abstract A good design of the process, is the premise and key to the successful implementation of process management. The knowledge complexity features of process decision process design and optimization process, knowledge management method must have a system to support, and can not simply rely on empirical methods for. This paper is a research on process design and process optimization method, rule, system.
