手术室舒适护理模式对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后应激反应的影响 　　[摘要]目的探讨手术室舒适护理对子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后应激反应的影响。方法方便选取40例2018年9月—2019年3月在该院行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者为研究对象，将其分为对照组和观察组，给予对照组患者手术室常规护理，观察组患者给予手术室舒适护理，观察并比较两组患者术后生理及心理应激反应情况。结果观察组术后外周血血糖水平术后1d（5.87±0.82）mmol/l，术后2d（4.52±0.61）mmol/l，术后3d（4.43±0.64）mmol/l，术后4d（4.39±0.66）mmol/l恢复明显快于对照组的外周血血糖水平术后1d（5.91±0.81）mmol/l，术后2d（5.86±0.66）mmol/l，術后3d（4.59±0.55）mmol/l，术后4d（4.41±0.53）mmol/l（t=0.256，7.198，0.158，0.148）;观察组的外周血胰岛素水平恢复也明显快于对照组;观察组vas评分（2.88±0.86）分、hama评分（15.23±1.41）分及hamd评分（14.56±1.34）分均低于对照组的（5.81±0.84）分、（24.96±2.63）分及（25.12±2.28）分，组间比较差异有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论针对子宫肌瘤剔除术患者，给予手术室舒适护理可有效改善患者术后应激反应，临床意义重大。 　　[关键词]舒适护理;子宫肌瘤;腹腔镜;术后应激反应 　　[abstract]objectivetoexploretheeffectofcomfortablenursinginoperatingroomonstressresponseafterhysteromyomectomy.methods40patientswhounderwenthysteromyomectomyinthehospitalfromseptember2018tomarch2019wereconvenientselectedastheresearchobjects.theyweredividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroup.thepatientsinthecontrolgroupweregivenroutinenursingintheoperatingroom，whilethepatientsintheobservationgroupweregivencomfortablenursingintheoperatingroom.thephysiologicalandpsychologicalstressreactionsofthepatientsinthetwogroupswereobservedandcompared.resultsthelevelofperipheralbloodglucoseintheobservationgroup（5.87±0.82）onthe1stday（4.52±0.61）mmol/lonthe2ndday，（4.43±0.64）mmol/lonthe3rddayand（4.39±0.66）mmol/lonthe4thday）wassignificantlyfasterthanthatofthecontrolgroup（5.91±0.81）mmol/lonthe1stday，（5.86±0.66）mmol/lonthe2ndday，（4.59±0.55）mmol/lonthe3rdday，（4.41±0.53）mmol/lonthe4daysafteroperation），thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（t=0.256，7.198，0.158，0.148，onthe4daysafteroperation）.peripheralbloodinsulinlevelsintheobservationgroupalsorecoveredsignificantlyfasterthanthecontrolgroup;theobservationgrouphadavasscoreof（2.88±0.86）points，ahamascoreof（15.23±1.41）points，andahamdscoreof（14.56±1.34）points，whichwerealllowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroupat（5.81±0.84）points，（24.96±2.63）points，and（25.12±2.28）points，thedifferencebetweengroupswasstatisticallysign
