内镜下金属钛夹治疗上消化道出血对于呕血和肠鸣音的影响
[摘要]目的探讨上消化道出血治疗中内镜下金属钛夹应用效果。方法方便选择收治非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者100例，所有患者均于2018年1月—2019年6月在该院接受治疗，随机分为实验组（n=50）和常规组（n=50）。常规组接受内镜下注射肾上腺激素治疗，实验组接受内镜下金属钛夹治疗，观察两组疗效。结果实验组止血总有效率98.0%，显著高于常规组的80.0%（χ2=6.540，p=0.010）。实验组呕血消失时间（2.6±0.6）d、肠鸣音恢复正常时间（2.1±0.5）d、大便潜血转阴时间（4.3±0.4）d、引流管变清时间（24.3±6.2）h，均显著短于常规组的（4.3±0.7）d、（5.0±0.8）d、（7.6±0.8）d、（28.7±7.6）h（t=12.540、15.460、10.340、7.540，p0.05）。治疗期间两组未出现严重并发症，均恢复良好。结论在上消化道出血治疗中内镜下金属钛夹和注射药物均为有效方法，但内镜下金属钛夹止血效果更加确切，可明显改善患者临床症状，具有更高安全性。
