乡村会计人员素质调查
摘要:乡村人员会计素养的高低,直接决定着农村财务活动的质量。然而,在我国广大的农村地区,长久以来一直存在会计人员素质层次不齐,会计岗位活动质量不高等问题,上述问题的存在,对我国农村地区的财务活动质量提升将会带来不利影响。基于上述背景,本文采用调查分析的方法,以XX农村地区为例,选取100名村委级会计人员,展开主题为“乡村会计人员素质”的调查,结果显示:XX农村地区受访会计人员存在职业道德素质不高、学历培训素质较低和岗位业务素质较差等问题,因此,在今后的会计人员素质养成中,XX农村地区的会计人员管理部门应针对上述问题,及时进行整改,确保会计人员素养不断提升。

Survey on the quality of rural accounting personnel
Abstract: the level of accounting literacy of rural personnel directly determines the quality of rural financial activities. However, in the vast rural areas of China, long-standing accounting personnel quality level is uneven, the quality of accounting job activities is not high, the problems on Chinas rural areas to improve the quality of financial activities will be adversely affected. Based on the above background, this paper adopts the methods of survey and analysis, XX in rural area as an example, selects 100 village level accounting personnel, launched the theme of country the quality of accounting personnel investigation, the results showed that XX in rural areas surveyed accounting personnel occupation moral quality is not high, the low quality of academic training and professional quality the poor, therefore, in the future to develop the quality of accounting personnel, accounting personnel management department of XX in rural areas should be according to the above problems, timely rectification, to ensure that the accounting personnel quality improve.
