PAGE 1 摘 要 私营企业是未来推动中国经济发展的重要力量,私营企业凭借自身灵活的企业体系与敏锐的市场观察,不单单提升了国内对外贸易的成功机率,提高了国民经济的增长速度,同时提供了许多城镇就业机会,为大学生及未就业者提供帮助。并且值得关注的是,私营企业能够满足人们的多样化需求、展开技术创新,为经济多元化发展做出了贡献。所以,研究国内私营企业人力资源管理,改善人力资源管理现状,提升企业的管理水平,增强这些企业规避风险的能力,对于加快我国经济发展、提升中国国际地位都有着十分关键的作用。私营企业是未来推动中国经济发展的重要力量,本文首先对目前阶段娃哈哈人力资源管理现状进行分析,找到私营企业在这方面存在的问题,然后经过深入分析本文提出了人力资源管理存在问题的解决对策,制定合理且科学的人力资源规划、帮助员工扩大职业发展以及多元化人力资源激励机制等,希望通过本文的研究能够对私营企业人力资源管理提供一定帮助。 关键词: 私营企业;人力资源管理;企业文化;娃哈哈 Abstract Private enterprises are important forces to promote Chinas economic development in the future, the private enterprises with its flexible enterprise system and the keen market observation, it not only improves the chances of domestic foreign trade, improves the growth of the national economy, it provides many opportunities for employment in cities and towns at the same time, so as to help college students and the unemployed people. It is worth noting that the private enterprises can be able to meet the diverse needs of the people, technology innovation, contribute to the economic diversification development. So, it is necessary to study the domestic private enterprise human resources management, improve the state of human resource management, improve enterprise management level, enhance the ability of these enterprises to avoid risk, to speed up Chinas economic development, it has a crucial role on enhancing Chinas international status.
