多元化护理干预在手足外伤患者中的应用效果 多元化护理干预在手、足外伤患者中的应用效果 　　[摘要]目的探讨多元化护理干预在手、足外伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月～2018年11月我院收治的116例手、足外伤患者作为研究对象，按照分层随机法分为观察组（58例）和对照组（58例）。观察组采用多元化护理干预，对照组采用传统护理干預，比较两组生活质量评分（生活满意度、精力指数、健康指数）、并发症发生率、功能恢复优良率指标。结果护理后，观察组生活满意度、精力指数、健康指数评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p0.05）;观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p0.05）;观察组功能恢复优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论多元化护理干预方法可有效减少手、足外伤患者并发症发生率，保证患者功能恢复良好，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]功能恢复;手、足外伤创面;负压引流术;多元化护理干预 　　[中图分类号]r473.6[文献标识码]a[文章编号]1674-4721（2020）1（c）-0226-03 　　[abstract]objectivetoexploretheapplicationeffectofdiversifiednursinginterventioninpatientswithhandandfoottrauma.methodsatotalof116casesofhandandfoottraumawoundsadmittedtoourhospitalfromseptember2016tonovember2018wereselectedasstudysubjects.accordingtothestratifiedrandomizationmethod，theyweredividedintoobservationgroup（58cases）andthecontrolgroup（58cases）.theobservationgroupuseddiversifiednursingintervention，andthecontrolgroupusedtraditionalnursingintervention，thequalityoflifescores（lifesatisfaction，energyindex，healthindex），complicationrate，andfunctionalrecoveryratewerecomparedbetweentwogroups.resultslifesatisfaction，energyindexandhealthindexscoreoftheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup，thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant（p0.05）.theincidenceofcomplicationsintheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup，thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（p0.05）.theexcellentrateoffunctionalrecoveryintheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup，andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（p0.05）.conclusiondiversifiednursinginterventionmethodscaneffectivelyreducetheincidenceofcomplicationsinpatientswithhandandfoottrauma，andensurethatpatients′functionrecoveryisgood.itisworthyofpromotion. 　　[keywords]functionalrecovery;woundofhandandfootinjury;vacuumsealingdraina;multiplenursingintervention 　　手足部严重创伤会增加暴露患者肌腱、骨骼的概率[1]，早期若治疗不及时或不当，易使该病患者出现感染问题[2]，而影响其手足功能的恢复。常规引流下对该病患者进行二期闭合创面治疗，虽可减少患者感染率，但患者承受较大痛苦，在创面愈合时间延长前提下其并发症发生率相应提高，患者的预后质量较差。故目前治疗手、足外伤患者常采用封闭式负压（vsd）引流术
