PAGE PAGE 10 大型服務業與製造業對 ISO9000 與 ISO14000 評價之研究 陳中獎 * 官建維 ** Chung-Chiang Chen a , Chien-Wei Kuan b E-mail ： ccchen@.tw 摘要 ISO9000 品質管理系列驗證與ISO14000 環境管理系列驗證在國內外相繼成為強調產品及環境品質的國際認證標準，我國在此驗證風潮之下也開始重視其發展，而由於我國經濟向來以出口為導向，且環境議題也日漸受到國際重視，因此推行 ISO9000 及 ISO14000 驗證以順應世界潮流已是勢在必行的，然而目前國內對於服務業與製造業廠商對 ISO9000 及ISO14000 驗證評價之研究卻極為不足，故本研究即針對此問題進行探討服務業與製造業對於 ISO9000 與 ISO14000 系列驗證的評價差異情形。 透過問卷調查針對 343 家企業進行調查，有效問卷 78 份，回收率23.28﹪，並使用 T 檢定等統計方法。分析結果發現：（1）服務業與製造業對於 ISO9000/ISO14000 系列驗證的評價無顯著差異；（2）服務業與製造業對於投入品質管理的單位設置層級、專職員工人數及品管花費有顯著差異；（3）服務業與製造業對於投入環境管理的單位設置層級、專職員工人數及環管花費無顯著差異。 關鍵詞：服務業、製造業、ISO9000、ISO14000 *南華大學環境管理研究所助理教授 **南華大學環境管理研究所碩士 a Chung-Chiang Chen, Assistant Professor of the Graduate Institute of Environmental Management, Nan Hua University b Chien-Wei Kuan, M. And in the past few years, the environmental issue is one of the important considerations for trades. Thus , the application of ISO9000 and ISO14000 for quality and environmental management becomes the inevitable strategy to reinforce competitiveness in international marker. However , there were very few studies are focused on the contrast of the evaluation on the two systems between the service and manufacturing industries. The purpose of our study is to examine the difference of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 between large service industries and manufacturing industries. Through the statistical analysis of 78 responded data（23.28percent）of 343 sample companies by T test analysis.
