Materials science and engineering is a subject involves the study of the preparation, composition, microstructure and properties of materials. The microstructure of materials controls its properties. Analysis technology of materials is a course for the analysis, testing and characterization of the composition and microstructure of materials, and it should be grasped by the materials researcher. The lecture content of this course involves the X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy analysis and X-ray microscopy analysis. The purpose of this course is to make the students grasp the principle of materials analysis methods of middle or modern times, the application of the instrument and the method of samples preparation, the interpretation and analysis of the information obtained in the experiment.
