Methods A total of 120 gastric ulcer patients with positive gastric Hp infection confirmed by 14C-urea breath test （14C-UBT） and positive oral Hp infection confirmed by Hp saliva test plate （HPS） were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 60 cases in each group. The observation group received 10 d of quadruple therapy combined with oral scaling for intervention， and the control group received 10 d of quadruple therapy without oral cleaning nuing. Comparison were made on gastric Hp eradication and oral Hp positive status after 1 month of treatment， and gastric Hp recurrence and Hp positive status after 3 months of treatment between the two groups. Results 1 month after the end of the treatment， the observation group had eradication rate of gastric Hp and positive rate of Hp in oral cancer respectively as 90.0% and 21.7%， which were 13.3% and 20.0% at 3 months after the end of the treatment. 1 month after the end of the treatment， the control group had eradication rate of gastric Hp and positive rate of Hp in oral cancer respectively as 70.0% and 65.0%， which were 41.7% and 61.7% at 3 months after the end of the treatment. Both groups had statistically significant difference in eradication rate of gastric Hp and positive rate of Hp in oral cancer （P0.05）.
