《军事技能训练》教学大纲 一、课程基本信息 课程名称 军事技能训练 Military Skills Training 课程编码 ARM010111020 开课院部 其它教学单位 课程团队 军事理论教研室（军训） 学分 2.0 课内学时 2周 讲授 0 实验 0 上机 0 实践 2周 课外学时 0 适用专业 资源勘查工程 授课语言 中文 先修课程 课程简介 （必修） 军事技能是普通高等学校的一门公共基础必修课程，开展大学生军事技能训练是贯彻《中华人民共和国国防法》《中华人民共和国国防教育法》和《中华人民共和国兵役法》等相关法律，加强普通高等学校的国防和素质教育的重要内容和有效途径，是全面贯彻党的教育方针、新时代军事战略方针和总体国家安全观，围绕立德树人根本任务和强军目标根本要求，着眼培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,以提升学生国防意识和军事素养为重点，为实施军民融合发展战略和建设国防后备力量服务。 普通高等学校军事技能训练课程体系，内容主要包括共同条令教育与训练、射击与战术训练、防卫技能与战时防护训练、战备基础与应用训练等四章内容。 通过基本军事技能训练，不仅能使学生增强国防观念、国家安全意识和忧患危机意识，弘扬爱国主义精神、传承红色基因、提高学生综合国防素质。 “Military Skills Training” is a compulsory course open to all students in schools of higher education. In accordance with National Defense Law of the People’s Republic of China, the National Defense Education Law of the People’s Republic of China, Military Service Law of the Peoples Republic of China, and other related laws, college students are to undergo training in military skills. This training is an essential component in school’s education in national defense, a comprehensive implementation of the Communist Party’s educational policy, the military strategic policy in the new era, and the overall national security concept. Fundamentally, this training is to cultivate trainee’s virtues and strengthen national armed forces; it fosters trainees’ socialist core values, raises trainees’ awareness of national defense, enhances their military qualities, contribute to the implementation of military-civilian integrated development strategy and to the building of national defense reserve force. The military skills training curriculum in institutes of higher education covers four parts, learning on common regulations and orders, shooting and tactical training, defense skills and wartime protection training, war readiness basics and application training.
