This course takes microeconomics as the theoretical basis, capital market as the course background, and modern corporate enterprises as the object, focusing on the study of capital raising and application of enterprises. The content of this course is based on the time value and risk value of funds, taking the collection, delivery and profit distribution management of funds as the main line, and aiming at improving the value of enterprises, then expand and introduce the relevant theories and methods needed to achieve this goal. The main contents of this course include: financial management values, investment decisions, financing decisions, working capital management, dividend decisions, financial analysis, financial forecasts and financial budgets. Through the study of this course, students are required to be familiar with all business links and processes of enterprise financial management activities.
