PAGE 2 猫传染性腹膜炎的治疗体会 摘要　　以一例猫传染性腹膜炎为研究对象，经过不同方式的诊断并查阅各方资料，进一步了解猫传染性腹膜炎的流行病学、症状及病理变化、临床诊治方法，为以后临床遭遇猫传染性腹膜炎打下基础。对接诊的患病猫进行询问病史、观察临床症状以及 B 超检查和 X 光检查、血液常规检查、血液生化检查等，确诊后施以补充体液、抗菌消炎、对症治疗（使用GS-441524制剂）、营养支持疗法。通过X光和B超检查显示患猫腹中有大量腹水；HGB，HCT， PLT都偏离正常范围以下此项检查结果表明该猫贫血；A/G、Crea、GLU含量都有一定程度的降低，此项检查结果表明该猫血糖低，营养不良；在进行输液4d后，蓝猫精神好转，食欲增强，4d后结束输液，并在此期间使用核苷类似物 GS-441524制剂，每天持续给药，连续12周后治愈。关键词：猫传染性腹膜炎；诊断；治疗；GS-441524 　　Diagnosis and treatment of infectious peritonitis in cats Summary 　　Taking a case of feline infectious peritonitis as the research object, after different methods of diagnosis and consulting all parties materials, we can further understand the epidemiology, symptoms and pathological changes, and clinical diagnosis and treatment methods of feline infectious peritonitis, which will lay the foundation for future clinical encounters with feline infectious peritonitis basis. Inquire about the medical history, observe the clinical symptoms, B-ultrasound and X-ray examination, blood routine examination, blood biochemical examination, etc. of the sick cats received. After the diagnosis, they will be given body fluid supplementation, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, and symptomatic treatment (using GS-441524 preparation) ), nutritional support therapy. X-ray and B-ultrasound examinations showed that there was a large amount of ascites in the abdomen of the affected cat; HGB, HCT, and PLT all deviated below the normal range. The results of this examination indicated that the cat was anemia; the contents of A/G, Crea, and GLU were all reduced to a certain extent. The results of this examination showed that the cat was low in blood sugar and malnourished. After 4 days of infusion, the blue cat improved its spirit and increased appetite. After 4 days, the infusion was terminated.
