PAGE PAGE IV 浅谈我国餐饮行业成本控制问题及对策 摘要 民以食为天,尤其是最近几年,人们在进行亲友聚会时已经逐渐摒弃了以往在家准备聚餐的传统,更多地选择去饭店相聚。这种现象也在一定程度上反应出人们的餐饮观念正在不断发生着改变。人们已经不仅仅是为了追求温饱,而是在此基础上开始追求味觉以及视觉方面等多种体验,正是这种转变使得我国的餐饮行业得到了进一步发展。而且,随着我国经济的不断发展,人民的生活水平也得到了显著提高,这也为我国餐饮行业的快速发展提供了有利条件。从目前情况上看,餐饮行业的快速发展也使得该行业在第三产业间的竞争越发激烈,因此,为了扩大市场份额,获得较多的利润,餐饮行业就需要不断加强管理,从而使成本大大减少。但是从目前情况上来看,我国餐饮行业在进行成本控制时还存在着一系列问题,为此,本文主要就餐饮行业成本控制问题进行研究,并提出了几点解决对策,从而不断提高我国餐饮行业的成本控制能力。 关键词:餐饮行业;成本控制;问题;对策 Abstract Hunger breeds discontentment, especially in recent years, when people meet with friends and relatives,they have gradually abandoned the tradition of preparing meals at home, prefer to go to the hotel together. This phenomenon also reflects to a certain extent that the dining concept of people is constantly changing. People have not only for food and clothing, but on the basis of this began to pursue a variety of taste and visual experience. It is this change that makes the food and beverage industry in China has been further developed. Moreover, with the continuous development of Chinas economy, peoples living standards have been significantly improved, which also provides favorable conditions for the rapid development of Chinas catering industry. From the current situation, the rapid development of the catering industry also makes the industry in the third industry competition is more intense, therefore, in order to expand market share, get more profit, the catering industry needs to continue to strengthen management, so that the cost is greatly reduced. But from the current situation, there are still a series of problems in the food and beverage industry in China, therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the cost control of catering industry, and puts forward some countermeasures, so as to continuously improve the cost control ability of Chinas catering industry.
