PAGE PAGE III 民间融资的现状及对策? 摘要：随着近年来，民间日益增多，规模也在逐渐扩大，在促进市场竞争，增进市场活力，推进技术创新，特别是在提供就业机会中的作用也日益增高。但从目前来看，无论世界上的发达国家还是发展中国家，在民间的发展过程中都存在融资难，融资贵的现状，虽然为了解决这个问题，出台了很多政策，但真正要解决这个问题需要做的还很多，而且解决民间融资困难现在也迫在眉睫。本文全面分析了民间融资难的成因，对民间的融资渠道等也做了深入研究，发现导致民间融资难的原因有政府政策的，国家金融机构的，还有企业自身的原因，因此提高企业自身的管理水平，提高信用意识，进一步完善的金融融资系统才是解决问题的关键。 关键词：民间融资 ，融资困难，解决对策 Abstract：As in recent years, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, the scale is gradually expanding, in promoting competition in the market, improve market vitality, promote technological innovation, especially in providing employment opportunities the role is also rising. But for now, no matter in developed countries or developing countries in the world, is in the process of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises financing difficulties, financing the status quo of expensive, though in order to solve this problem, our country has a lot of policy, but the real solution to the problem still need to do, but also solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises now is imminent. This article comprehensively analyses the causes of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, the financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises such as also done in-depth research, found the causes of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, with the government policy of the countrys financial institutions, have their own reasons, thus improve the management level of enterprise itself, improve the credit consciousness, further perfect our countrys financial financing system is the key to solve the problem.
