教材分析本课新单词有 born, as, became, herself, role model,词组是 all over the world,主要句型是 She couldn, t ….She could ….本 课主要从学生兴趣出发,联系学生已有的对名人的了解,通过 dialogues、readings picture talking 等多种活动,使学生学会 运用could和couldn t描述某人过去能做和不能做的事情。同时, 通过学习美国著名盲人作家Helen Keller的故事,教育学生要坚强 勇敢地向命运挑战。
教学目标
.语言知识目标
(1 )要求学生会读、认知词汇:role model, born , became, spell ,herself, all over
(2)要求学生能够理解并掌握句型I could ???, but I couldn, t, 以及在表达人能力方面的运用。
.技能目标
(1)学生能够用could和couldn,t来描述过去自己能做和不能做 的事情。
(2)通过学习可以根据图片或思维导图讲述海伦凯勒的事迹,进一 步写一写自己心目中值得学习的人的事迹。
(3)通过师生问答、两两对话、角色扮演等多种言语交际活动,培 养和提高口语交际能力和在日常生活中运用英语的能力;.情感态度与价值观
(1)激发和保持学生英语学习的动机。
(2)通过学习美国著名盲人作家Helen Keller的故事,让学生感受 残疾人在现实生活中的不便之处,不歧视、理解、并帮助残疾人。并 且希望她的精神能激励学生在遇到困难时不逃避,坚强勇敢地向命运 挑战。
教学重难点
(1)四会新单词、新词组和新句型,做到发音准确、清晰;
(2)熟练运用新句型与同桌进行相互问答;教学过程
