ABSTRACT After entering the second century, the increasing competition pressure and increasing demand for extracurricular training have influenced and promoted the development of some extracurricular training industries. At present, the content of education and training basically covers all aspects of education that a person can accept. With the continuous heating up of the training fever and the rapid development of the education and training market, many problems and hidden worries follow. In the face of increasing excitementStrong market competition, service marketing has become one of the main strategies for training institutions to compete for customers. Taking the service marketing of Taiandino English as the research object, this paper studies and discusses the service marketing strategy of Taiandino English by using the concept of service marketing. This paper analyzes the external environment of Taiandino English by PEST analysis. This paper finds out the problems in the development of Taiandino English training institutions, and guarantees the implementation of Taiandino English service marketing strategy from the point of view of establishing a customer-centered business concept, so as to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
