论述儒家思想在高校教师人力资源管理中的应用 ——以云南大学为例 摘要:人力资源的管理理念与措施和儒家思想大致相同,该文主要探讨研究的内容就是现代高校人力 资源管理的措施如何与儒家思想寻找相同的地方,取其儒家思想文化中的精华,使得高校人力资源管 理更加符合实际。并让儒家思想文化渗透到人力资源管理中,不断完善带有中国特色的人力资源管理 体系,帮助我国更多的专家和管理者能够进一步的了解和掌握人力资源和中国传统文化,特别是儒家 思想彼此结合交融的优势。研究云南大学人力资源管理儒家思想结合,找到更好的进行人力资源管理 的措施,向其他领域或者是高校在关于儒家思想解决人力资源管理问题方面提供借鉴。 关键词:儒家思想;人力资源管理;高校 Discuss the application of Confucianism in the human resources management of college teachers ——Take Yunnan University as an example Abstract:The concept and measures of human resource management are roughly the same as Confucianism. This paper mainly discusses how the measures of human resource management in modern colleges and universities find the same place with Confucianism and take the essence of Confucian culture to make human resource management in colleges and universities more in line with the reality. And let the Confucian culture into the human resource management, and constantly improve the human resource management system with Chinese characteristics, to help more Chinese experts and managers to further understand and grasp the human resources and traditional Chinese culture, especially the advantages of the integration of Confucianism. This paper studies the combination of Confucian thoughts on human resource management in yunnan university, and finds better measures for human resource management, so as to provide references for other fields or universities to solve human resource management problems with respect to Confucian thoughts. 1 Key words:Confucianism;human resource management;universities 2 引言 人力资
