Abstract The pattern of global economic integration is continuously deepening, and international economic exchanges are becoming closer. With the advancement of Chinas reform and opening up, the economic environment at home and abroad is constantly changing, and capital supervision is facing huge challenges. The opening of the capital account is a dynamic process of continuous development. How to proceed from its own actual situation, specifically analyze the problems in Chinas capital supervision, propose reasonable and effective solutions, and create a good economic development environment are both current and future needs A research topic of concern. This paper uses data analysis and historical analysis methods to study the issues related to capital supervision in the process of capital account opening, and starts with the practical problems in China ’s current capital supervision, and proposes some feasible reforms related to supporting capital supervision. Suggestions for countermeasures include strategies to accelerate the transformation of China ’s capital supervisors, promote intelligent supervision, and strengthen supervision. The purpose of the articles research is to seek a method of capital supervision that suits Chinas national conditions and characteristics, improve the efficiency of capital supervision, and provide services for the further opening of Chinas capital account.
