基于CMPP的实时信息发布平台的设计与实现 摘要 随着计算机技术和Web技术的不断发展，现在社会各个领域中，使用Web技术开发的信息管理系统越来越多，为企事业单位的信息发布提供了良好平台，提高了工作效率，但Web发布不具有及时性，在Web发布的同时利用短信通知接收人可以提高信息发布的及时性，为企事业单位政令畅通提供保障。中国移动通信集团公司为了支持计算机网络对手机短信的收发，制订了中国移动点对点协议(China Mobile Peer to Peer，CMPP)，该协议规定了三方面的内容： (1)信息资源站实体(与互联网短信网关之间的接口协议； (2)互联网短信网关之间的接口协议； (3)互联网短信网关与汇接网关之间的接口协议。 本系统根据高校信息发布的特点，将信息分为公文、通知、新闻和公共信息四种类型，对通知和新闻限定了有效日期，系统将信息发布分为Web发布、短信发布和两者同时发布三种情况；同时允许用户对发布的信息进行修改，修改后系统会立即以短信方式通知接收方。本系统对信息编号进行了精心设计，并利用数据库自定义函生成信息编号，保证了在多用户环境下信息编号的唯一性。用一个字段来表示信息的接收方，使用户和信息的关系更加清晰。将大量的数据处理交给数据库服务器的自定义函数和存储过程完成，减少了计算机网络数据流量，提高了事务并发程度，有效支持了多用户操作环境，提高了信息发布的效率。 关键词：信息发布；短信；MVC；CMPP abstract With the continuous development of computer technology and Web technology, there are more and more information management systems developed by Web technology in every field of society.
