生产销售行业财务报表粉饰问题研究 上海理工大学成人高等学历教育毕业设计（论文） 上海理工大学 成人高等学历教育 毕业设计(论文) 生产销售行业财务报表粉饰问题研究 学 院 继续教育学院 学 号 姓 名 专 业 工商管理 学历层次 专升本 学习形式 业 余 学习年限 3 年 学习地点 教学站 指导教师 副教授 完成日期 2019年5月17日 生产销售行业财务报表粉饰问题研究 摘 要 生产销售企业财务舞弊行为一直都是国内外资本市场健康发展的“毒瘤”。从美国的安然事件、世通公司造假丑闻，到我国会计师事务所协助企业舞弊的绿大地案、“水产第一股”獐子岛财务舞弊曝光，生产销售企业利用信息不对称欺骗投资者、借助财务舞弊手段谋取不正当利益的行为，从来也没有停止过。尽管，国内外学者对生产销售企业财务舞弊问题进行了广泛深入研究并取得诸多成果，证券监管机构也不断改进监管方式方法，加大对财务舞弊的公司处罚力度，但是生产销售企业财务舞弊这颗“毒瘤”仍然无法根除。在当前我国经济状况下行和供给侧结构性改革大环境下，研究探讨生产销售企业财务舞弊问题更具有特别重要的现实意义。 本文意在以丹东欣泰电气股份有限公司为例，分析其财务舞弊的行为动机、造假手段以及证券监管机构处罚以后的发展状况，进而对我国生产销售企业财务舞弊治理现状进行了比较全面的反思。最后从建立健全生产销售企业内部控制、提高注册会计师审计质量和强化政府监管力度三个方面，提出改进我国生产销售企业财务舞弊治理的建议和意见。 关键词：欣泰电气；财务报表粉饰；财务舞弊 Research on the problem of whitewashing financial statements in production and sales industry ABSTRACT Financial fraud in production and sales companies has always been a cancer for the healthy development of domestic and foreign capital markets.
