The purpose of this paper is to study the cost structure and form of logistics enterprises and how to control the cost of logistics enterprises. Logistics enterprises rapid development in recent years, rapid progress, also exposed many problems in the solution of these problems if we do not get effective will hinder our country logistics enterprises for further development and progress, this article will through the market present situation and the analysis of the current economic situation, it is concluded that the current logistics cost control problems is a good method, so that our logistics enterprises overcome cost control problem is the difficulty.
