目的：
Purpose:
应客人的特殊要求，为客人提供保密入住服务，确保客人在住店期间的服务和安全.
To accommodate guest with specific request of confidentiality by ensuring service and security procedures throughout all aspects of the guest stay .
保密入住分为两种：绝对保密入住及电话过滤服务。当客人要求保密入住服务时，我们必须与客人其 所需保密入住服务的种类。
Confidential Stay Service includes two types: Confidential Service and Screen Call Service. Upon guest require confidential service, Service Associate must confirm with the guest which type of confidential service need.

绝对保密入住
Confidential Stay
当客人需要绝对保密入住服务时，我们应与客人确认其保密入住服务的期限，是整个住店期间，还 是其中部分时间。
When receive any guest requesting for confidential stay, Service Associate – Front Office should verify with the guest for the duration of the service, is entire stay or certain period.
前厅部员工在电脑系统收银员备注栏中注明客人绝对保密入住的服务要求： “PC Stay from
01/06/2013 to 03/06/2013 FOJOYCE.”
Service Associate – Front Office to update the Cashier comments field that guest is confidential stay by key in “PC Stay from 01/06/2013 to 03/06/2013 FOJOYCE.
在客史记录中前厅部栏内更新客人的需求。在电脑系统客人方位功能中输入“绝对保密入住”，并 通知服务中心在机台上为此房设置保密功能。
Update the guest remarks of the same message under Front Office column. Select Confidential Stay in the Locator function and call Service Centre to set the room on confidential mode on the console. 4.所有打到该要求保密入住服务客人房间的外线电话将自动转到服务中心，服务员在看到此间房“绝对保密入住服务”的提示后，直接告知来访/电者，酒店没有所查询的客人。
Any incoming calls for this room will automatically be re-routed to the Service Centre and Service Associate – Service Centre will get a visual indication that the room is on Confidential mode and advise caller the guest is not stay with our hotel.
