The book was published by Shandong science and technology press. This lesson is from Unit4 Lesson1 We have a big living room. It’s a listening and speaking lesson.
The analysis of students
Students in grade 3 have learned English for 1 semester, they are eager to show and learn. They’re curious about the new subject. However, their ability of using English is limited and their abstract thinking is not fully developed.
Teaching aims:
(一)、Knowledge aims:
1、Students can listen, speak, and read the words: welcome,home,we,beautiful,living room, dining room, bedrooms.
2、Students can use and master the sentence structure:
We have a big living room.\You have a nice dining room.
3、Let students read and write the letter: Uu、Vv、Ww。
(二)、Ability Aims?
Develop Ss’ listening and speaking ability and train their ability to use these expression in real situation.
(三)、 Emotional Aims
Let Ss be interested in English learning
Teaching key points:
Master the words: ‘welcome,home,we,beautiful,living room, dining room, bedrooms’ and sentence structure “We have a big living room.\You have a nice dining room.”
Teaching difficult points:
1.Pronounce the words correctly.
2.Use the sentence patterns to talk about rooms.
The pronounciation of the words and use these pronounciation in their daily life.
