摘 要 农业是一国之本,农业的发展状况直接影响着国家的经济命脉和长治久安。 随着社会科学的进步和人们生活水平的提高,传统的农业生产生活也逐渐被应用 现代科学技术和现代工业生产的现代化农业所取代,各种新型自动化的大型农业 器械也逐渐进入到了农业生产生活当中,称为现代农业中必不可少的重要组成部 分。机械手在作物采摘过程中的应用,使得农业的科技水平发展又登上了一个新 台阶。机械手是一种通过舵机或其他动力机构带动仿真的机械手臂构件,按照固 定的流程来实现移动、抓取等动作的自动化操纵装置,广泛应用于各类现代化工 业生产领域中。本项目设计了一款基于 AT89C51 单片机的黄瓜采摘机械手,该 机械手拥有四路自由度,使用高精度舵机进行驱动,可以实现较为精细复杂的作 物采摘工作。与其他作物采摘系统相比,具有动作灵巧、工作稳定、性能可靠、 成本低廉等优点。 关键词:单片机、机械手、现代农业、舵机 1 Abstract Agriculture is the foundation of a country, the development of agriculture has a direct impact on the countrys economic lifeline and long-term stability. With the progress of social science and the improvement of peoples living standard, modern agriculture production of traditional life has gradually been applied to modern science and technology and modern industrial production replaced by large agricultural equipment of all kinds of new automation has gradually entered into agricultural production and life, as an important part of modern agriculture in china. The application of the manipulator in the process of crop harvesting makes the development of agricultural science and technology to a new level. The manipulator is a simulation driven by servo mechanism of the mechanical arm or other power components, according to a fixed process to achieve automation, mobile grabbing action control device, widely used in various fields of modern industrial production. This project designs a cucumber picking manipulator based on AT89C51 single chip microcomputer. The manipulator has four degrees of freedom, which can be used to drive the crop with high precision. Compared with other crop harvesting systems, it has the advantages of flexible operation, stable operation, reliable performance and low cost.
