There 与 be 中可插入： 1)表时态的助动词或短语, 如 there is(are,was,were) going to be ; there will(would) be、there have\has been. 2）表推测的情态动词或短语, 如 there may(might, must, can’t, should, ought to, used to) be . 3) 一些不及物动词或短语, 如 there seems/appears/happens to be 例如：There must be a pen in the box.
