The results showed that the priorities of promoting rural revitalization in all provinces (cities) included rural construction, effectively connecting poverty eradication and rural revitalization, deeply promoting rural reform, accelerating agricultural modernization, and keeping the bottom line of agriculture. Through comparative analysis, it could be seen that promoting rural revitalization in Hebei Province should also promote the development of agricultural and rural green ecology, improve the agricultural and rural support system, and enrich the new rural business forms to achieve open devel
