大方坯电磁搅拌器设计 大方坯电磁搅拌器 摘 要 电磁搅拌技术能够有效地改善铸坯的质量，成为金属凝固过程控制的重要手段之 一。不同位置的电磁搅拌可解决不同的铸坯质量问题，在细化铸坯晶粒，提高表面质量， 降低中心偏折，减少中心缩孔等方面都能取得良好的效果。 I ABSTRACT The electromagnetic stirring technology has already been one of the most important methods to control the metal solidification process since it can very effectively improve the slab quality( Different positions of electromagnetic stirring can solve different quality problems of casting blank .It has been achieved good results in refining casting blank crystal grain, improving surface quality, lowering canter deviation , reducing canter pipe and so on. This paper describes the mechanism of electromagnetic stirring ，summarizes the development function of electromagnetic stirring technology and its application at home and abroad, and metallurgical results of mold electromagnetic stirring (M-EMS) in continuous casting were comprehensively introduced，meanwhile，some problems associated with the application of M-EMS and their countermeasures were also discussed. Based on electromagnetic theory, the effect of M-EMS (power input and frequency) and continuous casting technology parameters (casting speed and super heat) on the carbon central segregation is analyzed，and the mechanism of improvement in central segregation is discussed. Also completed outside of the industrialized design crystallize electromagnetic blender, and set the chiller electromagnetic blender.
