功能材料专业培养方案 Undergraduate Program for the Major of Functional Materials 3.3.1 培养 目标 （Education Objectives） 本专业以国家战略性新兴产业发展对材料的需求为导向，培养具有良好的思想品德与人 文社会科学素养，具有坚实的自然科学基础和功能材料专业基础知识，具备功能材料设计、 制备、性能、应用开发等方面的基本理论和基本技能，具有较强的工程素质、实践能力、沟 通交流能力、创新创业意识，德智体美劳全面发展的复合型高级技术人才。学生毕业后可在 功能材料及器件等相关领域从事科学研究、技术开发、工艺设计、经营管理等工作，也可在 本学科或其它相关学科专业继续深造。 本专业毕业五年及以上的学生能够实现如下目标： 1. 身心健康，具有为中华民族伟大复兴而奋斗的社会责任感，遵守职业道德及规范； 2. 具有综合运用数学、自然科学、工程科学和专业知识分析解决本学科或其它相关学 科专业领域实际工程问题的能力； 3. 具备根据器件应用要求，进行功能材料的科学研究、技术开发、工艺设计、生产组 织与技术管理的能力； 4 、具备有效的沟通交流能力和良好的团队协作能力，能够获得中高级技术职称或担任 工程师、业务骨干、项目主管的能力； 5、富有创新创业意识，具有不断拓展或提高业务水平的终身学习能力。 Guided by the needs of national strategic newly emerged industrial development, this major aims to cultivate comprehensive senior technical talents, with good morality, humanities and social sciences literacy, professional ethics.
