Seminar Summary 专论与综述 植物染色工艺 在竹木家具设计中的创新应用研究 Research on Innovative App lication of Plant Dy eing Process in Bamboo and Wood Furniture Desig n 1 1 2 ■唐 刚 ，袁华斌 ，管兰生 Tang Gang Yuan Huabin Guan Lansheng (1.厦门大学嘉庚学院，福建漳州 363105；2.北京联合大学，北京 100101） 摘 要：植物染色工艺作为中国优秀的传统文化，应用载体的局限在一定程度上阻碍了植物染色工艺的创 新发展。本文首先对植物染色应用发展进行梳理研究，从织物处理染色工艺和染液处理染色工艺分析归 纳，在此基础上对竹木材染色现状进行研究，找出与植物染色工艺的契合点，总结植物染色工艺在竹木家 具设计中的美学、健康、环保、文化价值。然后采用绞缬、蜡缬、灰缬、套染、媒染剂介入等染色工艺对 竹制板、杉木板、桐木板进行试验研究，对染色效果进行分析并证明植物染色工艺在竹木材染色中的可行 性。最后通过植物染色工艺在竹木家具中的创新结合方式对竹木家具进行创新设计应用，为植物染色工艺 在竹木家具中的创新设计应用提供理论基础和参考价值。 关键词：植物染色；染色工艺；竹木家具；创新设计 DOI: 10.16771/43-1247/ts.2022.10.007 中图分类号：TS664.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号:1006-8260(2022)10-0032-06 Abstract:Plant dyeing process is an excellent traditional culture in China, however, its limitation of application carrier hinders the innovation and development to a certain extent. Firstly, the application and development of plant dyeing are studied in this paper, and the dyeing process of fabric treatment and dye solution treatment are analyzed and summarized. On this basis, the current situation of bamboo and wood dyeing is studied, the junction point with plant dyeing process is found out, and the aesthetic, health, environmental protection and cultural values of plant dyeing process in bamboo and wood furniture design are summarized. Then, bamboo boards, fir boards, paulownia boards are tested by tie dyeing, batik dyeing, ash burning, cover dyeing and mordant intervention and other dyeing process. In this case, the dyeing effect is analyzed and the feasibility of plant dyeing process in bamboo and wood dyeing is proved. Finally, the innovative design and application of bamboo and wood furniture are carried out through the innovative combination of plant dyeing process, which provides theoretical basis and reference value for the innovative design and application of plant dyeing process in bamboo and wood furniture Key word
