全科医学临床与教育 2022年12月 第20卷第12期 ClinicalEducationofGeneralPractice Dec.2022，Vol.20，No.12 ·1111· ·医学教育· 关于医学研究生“导学思政体系”建设关键问题的思考 伍品 禹华良 [摘要] 目的 思想政治教育工作是新时代背景下医学研究生培养的关键政治保障，然而如何将思想政治教育与 专业训练有机融合一直是医学研究生教育工作的难点之一。方法 通过文献查阅、访谈结合团队多年实践经验， 梳理了建立医学研究生“导学思政体系”的理论和政策依据，剖析了当前医学研究生思想政治教育工作的主要矛 盾，探讨了建立医学研究生“导学思政体系”的可行性和潜在路径，分析了建立医学研究生“导学思政体系”的优势 及建议。结果 本次研究表明建立医学研究生“导学思政体系”具有充分的理论和政策依据，是医学研究生培养的 现实需要，可从行政管理、研学空间、导学沙龙、科研组会及团队文化等路径为抓手进行探索。结论 将思想政治 教育工作有机融入医学研究生日常导学活动中，从而提高医学研究生思想政治教育成效。 [关键词] 导学思政体系； 思想政治教育； 医学研究生教育 Thekeyissuesintheconstructionofguidingideologicalandpoliticaleducationsystemformedicalpostgradu⁃ ates WU Pin，YU Hualiang.Department of Thoracic Surgery，The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University， SchoolofMedicine，Hangzhou 310009，China.
